Sorry, but we cannot accept returns on food products. All other merchandise that are not greens, produce, etc, will have a 30 day warranty.
Shipping Time -- Most orders received before 3:00PM will ship the same day, provided the product ordered is in stock. Most orders received after 3:00 PM will ship the next business day. Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturday or Sunday, except by prior arrangement. We will not ship perishable goods such as lettuce, fresh herbs, wheatgrass or microgreens.
